Singapore Supplies Continue Despite OW Bunker Bankruptcy

The Singapore Shipping Association (SSA) announced Nov. 14 that following discussions with some 50 of its 475 member companies at a forum organized by Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) that bunker supplies haven’t been cut-off following the OW Bunker bankruptcy.
