Amyris, Total Restructure Renewable-Diesel, Jet Fuel JV

Emeryville, Calif.-based Amyris Inc. recently announced that it agreed on key business terms with Total Energies Nouvelles Activités USA (a wholly owned subsidiary of France-based Total S.A.) on the restructuring of their renewable diesel/jet fuel joint venture to open the way for proceeding with commercialization of its biojet fuel technology over the coming years.
