June D4 RIN Generation Up 2.9%; D6 RINs Fall 1.1%

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency reported July 25 that D4 biomass-based diesel Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs) generated in June rose by 6.75 million, or 2.9%, over the total posted in May. D4 RINs reached a year-to-date high of 237.49 million RINs representing 4.42 million gallons of biofuel.
